I was given a chance to take up new challenge as a trainer. For the first time ever, I am doubtful on my capabilities. It was on my mind day and night for the 2 days. Can I do the job?
I know the expectation of me to change the culture, attitude toward work, to minimise the all the errors is very high. Even Big Boss has talked to me to be firm and a bit 'garang' to them. He told me he had enough of what he is having now.
So, can I do it? I know I can do it but is it going to be the way they have expected or what? I guess we just can wait and see.

Pasal training tu, dah jadi demotivate sikit sebab hari Isnin lepas kena masuk awal, pas tu tetiba kata start 28th la pulak... Tak pe..
Pasal budak2 tu? Kak Lila bukan setakat rasa nak belasah... rasa nak gigit2 laks.. Mmg geram giler.
